HOW WE’RE KEEPING YOU SAFE

We can’t wait to welcome you back through our doors.

If you’ve visited us before, things may look and feel a little different. We will be taking the utmost care to comply with government safety guidelines, to ensure it’s a safe and happy visit for everyone. Please read important information below on what to expect and how to prepare for your visit.

TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets are available in fixed groups.

Please ensure that your group belongs to the same household or support bubble. Each group will be distanced from other groups by 1 metre, in line with government guidance. To allow for this social distancing, the number of tickets available has been dramatically reduced.

One wheelchair space is available per performance and can booked online.

If you are disabled and require a companion to make it possible for you to attend a performance, an access companion ticket is available free of charge.

If the performance you are attending takes place in our open-air Courtyard, please note that there are two types of tickets available:

Stalls (Seated) are wooden benches, on three sides. Gallery (Standing) is raised above the stalls on three sides and offers great views of the stage and Courtyard. There is a handrail to lean on.

HOW TO BOOK

Tickets can be purchased online on this website. You will be emailed an e-ticket after you book, which can be shown on your mobile device when you arrive.

If you experience any issues with booking, please get in touch at boxoffice@bac.org.uk.

We will collect contact information about each ticket booker in line with our Privacy Policy. We may be required to share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace.

If we are required by any COVID-19 government guidance or restrictions to cancel a performance, tickets may be exchanged or refunded.
