We can’t wait to welcome you to Battersea Arts Centre

If you’ve visited us before, things may look and feel a little different. We are a Covid secure venue and are following guidelines set out by the government to make your visit a safe and enjoyable one. Please read important information below on what to expect and how to prepare for your visit.

TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets are available in fixed groups.

Please ensure that your group belongs to the same household or support bubble. Each group will be distanced from other groups by 2 metres.

Wheelchair spaces are available for every performance and can be booked online.

If you are disabled and require a companion to make it possible for you to attend a performance, an access companion ticket is available free of charge.

HOW TO BOOK

Tickets can be purchased online on this website. You will be emailed an e-ticket after you book, which can be shown on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue.

We will collect contact information about each ticket booker in line with our Privacy Policy. We may be required to share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace.

If we are required by any covid government guidance or restrictions to cancel a performance, tickets may be exchanged or refunded.

YOUR VISIT

We will email you ahead of your visit to update you on our procedures, but please check back here for information which may have changed since you booked your tickets.

Please note your Arrival Time when booking. This will be either 35 minutes or 25 minutes before the performance starts.

If you are travelling to Battersea Arts Centre on public transport, we ask that you use a face mask or face covering for the duration of your journey.

When you arrive at Battersea Arts Centre, entry to the building will be through our Scratch Bar entrance, where you will be greeted by a member of our team. There will be a hand sanitising station and a one-way system in place to ensure social distancing.

All visitors aged 12 and above will need to wear a mask or face covering while in the building.

While you are in our building, you must abide by all relevant government guidance, and by all instructions given by our staff and signage.

You must not attend if you:
– believe you may be infected with COVID-19
– have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
– have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
– have been instructed to self-isolate.

DRINKS & FESTIVE TREATS

On arrival, each member of your group will be offered a glass of prosecco, red wine or sparkling water (included with your ticket). Mince pies will be waiting for you on your table in the auditorium, along with any additional drinks that you have ordered with your tickets.

Please note that we are not able to take drink orders once you arrive.

DURING THE PERFORMANCE

Due to social distancing, we have reduced the number of seats in the auditorium. You will be seated with your group at a cabaret table. This will be two metres away from other groups and at least three metres away from the performers. You will be able to remove your mask to enjoy drinks and mince pies (included in your ticket), while seated.

The performance will be around one hour long. You will be able to leave the auditorium and re-enter if you need to use the toilet or take a break from the performance.

ACCESS INFORMATION

There is step-free access to Battersea Arts Centre, the foyer, Scratch Bar, toilets and ground floor public spaces. The performance will take place in the Grand Hall, which is accessible via a lift.

There are accessible toilet facilities across the building.
