This electric celebration of youth, community and belonging has been reimagined for online viewing with exclusive behind the scenes footage.
SESSION is a dance party, gig, a social. Led by an ensemble of young dancers moving across hip hop, contemporary folk and Afrobeats. Watch this behind the scenes look at this Still House, Steppaz, Empire Sounds collaboration, that was due to run in Battersea Arts Centre’s Grand Hall in summer 2020.
With backstage footage, interviews with members of the cast and creative team and performance capture from the LIFT 2018 shows at Bernie Grant Arts Centre, Tottenham, the film is a celebratory and moving record of the impact of this remarkable show.
